Discovery

Every build project starts with a phone call to learn about you, your home, and what you’re imagining. If we both think we might be a good fit, we’ll schedule a complimentary in-home meeting to learn more and start getting inspired.

Discovery is the first step in creating a result that you will love for a lifetime. It’s a chance to learn how we may create something amazing for you.

Held at your home, this first visit focuses on understanding your remodel vision. We’ll discuss what you’re thinking about ideas, plans, photos, and suggestions you may have about your home project. We may talk about general budget parameters, timelines, and other project objectives.

Planning

The goal of this phase is to capture all the details that will shape your project and get you a more formalized budget and production schedule for your project. We will also discuss design details, materials, plan options, and preferences in greater detail.

We ensure a shared vision of the end result of your project and a mutual understanding of the path to completion.

Production

During production, the Project Manager remains your direct point of contact. In charge of coordinating on-site activities and quality control.

Our Carpenters bring the highest level of skills and craftsmanship in building your home. BIC handles every aspect of your project: scheduling, ordering materials, managing subcontractors, coordinating permits and inspections, and more.

In Process Changes

Need to make a change along the way? No problem! Any needed change/s will have detailed documentation of the change order and you will sign off on the design or scope of work alterations.

Completion – Final Walkthrough

When construction is complete, we will inspect your home once again, ensuring that we have maintained an exceptional level of craftsmanship. We back our workmanship with the leading industry’s 2-year warranty.
